Sometimes you need an outside perspective. Sometimes you need a leader who steps into the day-to-day work and takes responsibility. Through AEKKO, I do both.
I’m Jørgen Larsen. I work with leadership, people and digital development — as an adviser, sounding board and interim leader.

Interim leadership
A vacant leadership role, a transition or a new challenge that needs someone at the helm. I can step in as, for example, Head of Digital, taking responsibility for people, priorities and day-to-day leadership.
Management consulting
A sounding board to ask questions, challenge a decision and help you work out what to do next. Grounded in the realities you face as a leader.
Digital development & change
A plan only works when it works for the people putting it into practice. I help define the task, involve the right people and turn decisions into action.

My background is in software development and leadership. Through AEKKO, I take on consulting, management advisory and interim leadership assignments.
Alongside this, I build and publish my own apps and games through PX7 Digital. That keeps me close to product work and the decisions needed to get something finished.
